Function background/context:

We require a seasoned PA or Office Manager to provide day to day support and administration to the MSST business in Dublin

Job Purpose:

Act as a day to day operational support across EMEA MSST technology to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to 2 directors

  • Engage with Citi EMEA MSST team as required to support the MSST site stakeholders in Dublin and London

  • Produce reports/ decks and meeting minutes as required

  • Carry out a number of administrative duties – raising requests and following through on completion

  • Management of small projects within the team


Qualifications and Competencies

  • Extensive years experience as an office manager or PA

  • Ability to work without direct supervision – be capable and able to problem solve as issues arise

  • Strong administrative ability with an understanding of technology

  • High level of competency in use of Microsoft office products :

o Microsoft Powerpoint – be able to put together presentations/decks on a regular basis

o Microsoft Excel – advanced skills preferred in particular pivots, charts, summarisation, formatting

  • Financially focused and ability to work with numbers, reconcile totals, present in an executive format and summarise as needed

  • Experience in financial services a distinct advantage

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Self-motivated, independent and take initiative
