Collaboration among assigned points of contacts in Oracle Organizations supported by M&D
Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies based on customer trends and prediction of future needs.
Build, maintain and evolve KPI framework, including both definition and the creation of an ongoing measurement system for key KPIs
Provide hands-on support to the end users to resolve process, data or technology issues
Working with IT teams on the installation and decommissioning of hardware items
Data entry through Oracle Applications and APEX technologies
Various activities to support the Program Solutions team as directed by Management
Degree level qualification in a business or IT related undergraduate course
Fluent in English and additional language skills is a plus
Process oriented, analytical thinker with strong business acumen
Advanced Excel User – very competent in all aspects of Excel
Competence in full Microsoft Office Suite require
CISCO certified an advantage CCENT or CCT
Skilled communicator (written and verbal) with strong presentation skills
Excellent relationship management skills, able to work across global teams
Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Committed to deliver excellent service, developing contingencies as required.
Ability to work independently and resolve problems, quick to learn new tools applicable to the role.
