We’re seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist based in our Dublin office. In this role you will play a pivotal role in delivering a portion of the payroll product to our customers in the EMEASA region.

Preparation of payrolls across the EMEASA region predominately Germany and Austria
Responding to inquiries from and providing information to employees, supervisors and HR partners across the region
Preparation of monthly reports as required
Assisting with special projects as they arise and playing an active role in initiating and implementing process improvements
Monitor Vendors to ensure optimum
What you will need to succeed:
Solid Payroll experience (experience with Germany and Austria payroll advantageous)
Experience with working with systems
Strong internal and external stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
