This Sourcing Manager position will act as the primary point of contact with our ODM partners for server & storage products and services. You will support Facebook’s mass production builds and ensure delivery to its data centers in Europe. As a Sourcing Manager you will support the day to day operations and fulfillment activities while working closely with internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for analytics, performance management, and reporting. This position is part of the Sourcing and Operations Engineering team and is based at our Dublin office reporting to the Manager, Planning and Strategic Supply Chain.

Required Skills:

  1. Communication of forecast.

  2. Build plan review and coordination with ODM partners.

  3. Ensure alignment between capacity plan priorities and ODM delivery commits.

  4. Review and approval of all engineering change orders.

  5. Clear-to-build readiness reviews.

  6. Delivery coordination between ODMs and Data Centers.

  7. Quote compilation and accuracy.

  8. Monitor ODM performance to pricing and business splits as defined by commodity team

  9. Purchase order accuracy and PPV adjustment.

  10. SLA Performance: Measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated service level agreements (SLA).

  11. On time Delivery: Measure, report and action to improve delivery performance.

  12. Ongoing Cost Productivity: Measure, report and action cost improvement as compared to market pricing and pricing models.

  13. Scorecard Management: Lead measuring supplier performance, root cause issues, and driving improved performance.

  14. Own all aspects of supplier performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of industry experience in a technical or business related field.

  2. MS/MBA is preferred.

  3. 5+ years’ of experience in Sourcing Management or Supply Chain Management with a technology focus.

  4. Experience working in an analytical and results focused role.

  5. Most have experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance processes.

  6. Experience in using cost models and objective based performance measures, in both ODM and OEM environments.

  7. Previously experience working with and managing ODM suppliers located in China, Mexico, EU and North America. Competitive Salary including the following benefits apply:
