Job Description:

  • Adds, moves and changes in Network path designs in the systems forinventory purposes

  • Respond to other departments for information requests

  • Creates updates and removes network path designs in the system based onthe physical audit information and reconciliation issues through reports frombad panel fallout.

  • Analyses network path designs to perform audits to help maintain dataintegrity for our client’s POP Patch panels, racks and cables in Double Helixand Netcracker

  • Creates tickets for MAD team to investigate issues that require physicalinspection on site for retrieval of information which may require photographs,handover documentation, layout diagrams to populate information in Netcracker,Double Helix and Chipmunk.

  • Creates, Maintains and shares drive spreadsheets to track workload andinformation

  • Updates and/or corrects network paths in the inventory system based onaudit and/or data reconciliation activities.

  • Facilitates desktop audits to identify & fix Data Integrity Issuesbetween Systems and Coordinate Fixes.

Qualifications:

  • Reconciles the Physical Site Audit data against Network Inventory Tools, as needed.

  • Utilizes network inventory database system to accurately document MMR spaces, Patch Panels and Racks including documenting specific attributes related to these patch panels and cabling infrastructure.

  • Works with local resources, and or vendors to clarify and/or facilitate an audit of the data in order to establish accuracy

  • Manages cradle-to-grave implementation activities to meet aggressive deadlines

  • Lead discussions with carriers and external customers, work closely with internal departments, and document tickets in status tracking database.

  • Protects account and organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
